Arboretum Estates

There are several concerns about the apartment such as roaches, management staff being unavailable or unreachable, amenities like washer/dryers, gym, and office areas not functional, etc. have spoken with other residents who have also reported mold and roaches in their living spaces as well. Other than the location and price, there’s nothing great or outstanding about this apartment.

I moved in the apartment was not properly cleaned. I was missing a shelf from the refrigerator and they replace with a shelf that did not fit the refrigerator. Shower heads were rusted. A door knob was missing they repaired. Trash can was used and disgusting i had to purchase a new one which later they wanted to replace. The kitchen floor laminate is not secure. Maintenance still haven't arrived to repair my patio lock. I never received a mailbox key and when I asked for one the mailbox was damaged. I felt as if I were scolded because I didn't submit a work order not knowing it was damaged. Lawn crew constantly blow dirt on my vehicle. I love my apartment but it was a rough start. Oh yeah they are charging me a pet fee and I don't own a pet. Not to mention I moved in on a Saturday and the property manager was no longer with the company.I just the amount of rent I'm paying these were minor issues that should not occurred.
