The gym is not available hasn’t been since I moved in and months before as other residents state. The pools are always closed due to failed inspections roofs have been redone however, the building structures, sidewalks etc… causes a lot of leaks and flooding in the apartments. There’s a huge pest issue in all buildings. Maintenance is poor noting gets done and many people are moved into units that has not been refurbished since the previous tenant. Office never answers emails but seem irritated if you come in office or call with concerns. It gives section 8 and assisted living vibes.
