The moment we walked in, Monica, the leasing agent, welcomed us with such warmth and attentiveness. She was incredible—patiently answering every question and ensuring the entire move-in process was seamless. We felt genuinely cared for. The apartment layout fit our needs perfectly. We even converted the spacious walk-in closet into a cozy micronursery, which turned out to be an ideal setup. The neighborhood itself was fantastic, with everything we needed close by. The amenities were top-notch—the pool was always pristine and the fitness center had everything we could ask for. Living at Icon was an amazing experience for our family, and Monica’s exceptional service made it even better.
