Beautiful home in Esperanza with 4 bedrooms plus office, 3 full baths and wonderful patio. 3 car tandem garage (1 bay is deep enough for 2 cars) We are building a new home in another pod in the same community (3 blocks away) and keeping our existing home as a rental. Wood look tile though-out the entire home (NO CARPET) Our new home should be completed by the middle of June, so we are targeting this home to be ready by July 1st.

We are flexible with the rental term (open to a 6 month lease at a slightly higher rental price.) Deposit also has some flexibility, we just want to make sure we have someone who will take care of and protect the home. We are open to pets with a small additional pet rent. We will be adding an additional patio area in the back and installing all new sod in the back yard as well prior to our move. Wonderful neighbors and an amazing community.
