Verified residentReview source: verified residentI absolutely love living at Chapel Hill! My Floorplan is amazing! It literally feels like a small house. The office staff has always been helpful any time I've had a question or concern. Part of me wants to be selfish and not recommend leasing here but I cannot do it, it's by far the best place I've been to date. I literally only have 1 complaint and it's the parking. The ratio of apartments in a building to parking near your building is off. To make that worse, people park at your building and live in other buildings. Others also park their inoperable vehicles in the spots in front of the buildings versus along the fence. Other than that, this place is a 12 out of 10!!
