The space
Modern Farmhouse meets casual elegance is present in this home featuring unique design touches including quartz countertops, hardwood flooring, gorgeous designer tile in the master bathroom and designer fixtures throughout. From the moment you drive down the country road, you'll find the perfect combination of hill country luxury and comfort. With spaces designed for coming together and for solitude, you can craft your stay to suit your needs.

This 2850 sq. ft, modern farmhouse features soaring ceilings, beautiful wood beams, large windows with views from every room, a dining area that seats 8, living room with a gas burning fireplace, breakfast nook and an upstairs loft/media room. It has been beautifully designed and decorated with an eclectic mix of hill country dcor and modern farmhouse furnishings, accent pieces, and hill country art. The kitchen is a gourmet cooks haven as it boasts a 6 burner stove, wine closet, all stainless steel appliances and a large island with barstools and beautiful quartz counter tops. The kitchen adjoins the spacious family room with views to the majestic oaks.

The beautiful Master suite includes a king bamboo memory foam bed and walk-in closet. The bathroom features a double head rain shower and double vanities.

One guest bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and the other with two full size beds. There are two twin beds upstairs in the loft/media room.

The large sliding glass doors in the living room look out on the 30 foot porch and gorgeous park like views. The backyard includes a gas grill, relaxing rocking chairs, and a beautiful picnic bench under a 150 year old oak. Additionally there is a generous size deck for sitting an enjoying the hill country views. There is also a wood burning fire pit to enjoy roasting smores on those cozy Texas evenings. The backyard space is perfect for dining outdoors or lounging while you sip on a glass of wine and chat about your day's experiences. It is the perfect place to be while enjoying a gorgeous sunset.

In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.
