We are just a few short minutes from downtown Gruene where you'll find live music, amazing restaurants, adorable shops and the beautiful flowing Guadalupe River cascading the town!

Please note: Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking.
You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
Failure to comply could lead to reservation cancellation.

Smoking:
This building is designated as entirely smoke-free. This policy encompasses all spaces, including private and communal rooftop areas, individual units, as well as any other public areas within the building, and the communal property, whether indoors or outdoors. Smoking is only permitted off the premises and on public property. If you are a habitual smoker and anticipate difficulties complying with this regulation, we recommend considering alternative accommodations. Please be aware that any indication of smoking will incur a fine of $500.

If a physical key has been provided, please handle it with care and ensure it is not misplaced. This key is the only copy available, and in the event of loss or damage, a fee of $250 will be charged for its replacement.

This listing is a minimum of 30 day stay.

Please note: There is a main house on the property which is a completely separate rental. If you are interested in renting the property in addition to the casita, please inquire within for availability You will have access to your own grill (on side of casita), area directly in in front of casita porch and to the left of the casita. The fire pit is a shared space.

Please remove your shoes when inside the home.
No smoking inside the property. A $1,500 remediation fee will apply for any violations, along with forfeiture of the security deposit (for midterm guests).
Excessive mess beyond normal use may result in an additional cleaning fee of $175.
