To make sure you will pay rent, we will verify employment and income, verify good rental history, check credit record, eviction record, and check burglary/robbery criminal record. We will check your rental records. If your rental history is bad, or if you ever moved out without paying owed rent, then do not reply.

Amount of security deposit will depend on your credit record.
Rent is due on the first of every month. If you do not pay rent by 10th day of the month, we will probably evict you ( Eviction service agency will evict non-payment tenant on behalf of us) unless we pre authorizes the late payment.
