Jaxon’s are OVERPRICED, small spaces. I had a three bedroom and my son’s room was more like an office space. No balcony to go out on & my rent was 2,049 dollars after I signed a lease for it to be 1,678. Yeah NO . Then the roaches are out of control. Wouldn’t move here unless you had to. Then the water is off every other day . It’s just a no & a never again .
Some thing would fall through the cracks. Like asking and paying for extra keys and needing a new valet trash can. The security onsite wasn’t the best either. I’ve had issues with my vehicles. And the big issues was a huge NO for me. No matter how much you sprayed it was a lost battle.
