Along with the two bedrooms, it has a living room and a kitchen. There is a washer and dryer in the basement (tenant responsible for repairs and upkeep). There is parking in the back for 1 car, as well as additional street parking. The private entry is in the back of the building, up some steps.

Utilities & Tenant Responsibilities: Tenant pays for gas, electric, and water/sewer. Tenant is responsible for snow/ice removal. No smoking. Renter's insurance is required.

Pets: Pets are considered; however, some dog breeds are not permitted. Check with leasing regarding your breed of dog(s). For each allowable pet, there is a $200 one-time non-refundable fee and $50/month. Max 2 pets.

Lease Term: Lease will end 3/31/2024 (with potential for renewal).

Tenant Qualifications: Applicants' combined gross income must be at least 3x rent amount (unemployment income not considered). We check credit (minimum score 600), criminal background, rental/eviction history, and references. There is a $45 application fee per adult tenant (and cosigner, if applicable).
