Renter is responsible for paying utilities. This house was purchased for future development, the development is at least one year out, but likely no more than 2 years. I don't want to spend money on the house because it will be demolished once the development starts. My office is next door, so I will expect the property to be kept up, clean, and presentable. No loud dogs. I will have my lawn crew mow the grass as needed. Leasing 6-month agreements.
