Verified residentReview source: verified residentI personally would not recommend the Penn station apartments to my worst enemy, management is lazy and shady, I was told I couldn't see my unit due to construction in the unit so we had to wait tell move in, this is when we found a grocery list of problems with the aparts including everything from broken cabinets to roaches, to just all around horrible repair work from previous tenants, not to mention management is basically unless. Good luck ever getting them to pick up the phone in the main office.
