This apartment was remodeled with everything brand new; cool stained concrete floors, quartz counters, 10ft tall ceilings, all appliances and cookware, tiled bathroom, minisplit heat and air and smart TV. Parking is directly in front of the apartment. There is a gated backyard if you need to walk the fur babies and last but not least we have a super fun Friends themed coffee shop downstairs in the laundry area free for guests to use! Rental requirements are: Income 2X rent Clean background No evictions/felons Pets OK on case by case basis with $100 pet fee $100 cleaning fee $250 non refundable deposit We do not use Zillows applications, we have our own located on our website $25 application fee
