Verified residentReview source: verified residentIncentivizedvery nice, professional and patient with me, helping to get me set up with understanding the paying rent options, and the questions I had, even when they are very busy with people coming and going they remain very friendly and helpful, the grounds look great, Tim in maintenence is very helpful and friendly, they've all made me feel comfortable with my decision to live at Washington Station. I work graveyard and leave for work at 10:30 at night and feel safe doing so with it being a locked community. I look forward to living here for many years.
