This house is well maintained, freshly painted, and very clean. The bathroom is off of the master bedroom. It has a large kitchen, with room for a table and chairs. It has a washer and dryer. It is a stand alone house, but there is a duplex on the same lot. Security screens front and back, and the neighbors are home during the day. Lots of closet space. New toilet and tub surround. Off street parking, No pets. There is room for a garden in the small front yard or in the back yard. It is close to downtown, easy freeway access to UNM or CNM. Off street parking, washer and dryer.
