This company doesn't actually care about your experience. They stood me up on move-in to get my key when they make the appointment. They do not honor complaints or issues beyond basic responses. You are on your own here, the maintenance guy that happens to live here can give you better help and service than the leasing staff. I am looking to legal rights to move because there is smoking permeated into the building from long term cigarette smoking inside and the HVAC system is conjoined to neighbors upstairs so I smell smoke and food and everything else he does. I wake up with headaches when I use the AC because of it, first floor so I cannot keep windows open. The floors are so loud here, they are beyond creaking, they crack so I have to hear and smell my neighbors every move. This wakes me up everyday and it is affecting my health. I simply asked for a unit transfer due a second floor unit that I can see is available and equivalent and this staff couldn't even have a conversation with me. They immediately tell you no because this staff and company are a bare minimum practicing business. It's not for the tenants and that is VERY clear. So I guess, I must take the legal route so that I can break lease and leave without having to pay fees because that's probably the only thing they could possibly care about is losing money. They are willing to just simply deny a very simple resolution of allowing me to transfer units when it is causing me all this issue and would rather stress tenants out to make them fight to leave instead of just allowing me a fucking transfer. It's bizarre, I don't even understand what's it to them?? I'm the one that has to do all the work of moving my shit around again, they sit on their ass and can't manage more than a simple response. I'm over it! I'm paying more for this unit than the higher cost living area I came from which was Dallas. So I'm living in a lower cost area, but paying more to live miserably. Fuck this place.
