We got the keys May 15th. We were promised that broken windows would be replaced before we moved fully in. We also had something in the kitchen that needed to be painted. Neither of those things happened, and one of the items were marked off as complete (maintenance never made an attempt to talk to us). Shortly after moving in (still have broken windows, by the way) we discovered a massive leak under the kitchen sink whenever the water ran so we stopped using it and put in a maintenance request. That was over a week ago now, and I still can't wash dishes in my own sink. Also, the tub drains *incredibly* slow, so showers can't comfortably be longer than around 15 minutes. The laundry room in the building is a joke, it's one washer and two dryers. That's it. The pool is non-existent. Management has filled it and remade the area into a dog walking area. This place is cheap (relatively in this economy), and has a decent location though. The neighbors are also friendly, which is nice.
