There is a $75 nonrefundable application fee per adult residing (18+)

A $250 deposit to hold the apartment (to be applied to total move in fees if approved, or refunded if not)

If approved:

1 month’s rent for security
1st month’s rent
Brokers fee: $399

To apply please bring the following:

1. Completed and signed application.
2. Photo identification (state issued identification).
3. Money order (no international) certified check or cash for $ 75.00 for each applicant 18 years of age and older.
4. Recent pay stubs or letter from employer.
5. Income tax from last year.
