We require a refundable $10.00 deposit per key, cash only, and a photocopy of a government issued ID. You will have 24 hours to return keys checked out Monday-Thursday, any keys checked out on Friday must be checked out before 4 p.m. and be returned by 5 p.m. on the same day.

We conditionally allow pets with a onetime non-refundable pet fee, dog breed must be approved. Apartments have a 20 LB weight restriction on pets.
