Tenant must provide proof of renters insurance with an amendment covering pet liability prior to any dog being present on the premises. No smoking is allowed. An additional $375 per month covers all utilities including trash, water, electricity, lawn care, and high speed fiber internet. The first utility payment is due at signing. Total due at signing is $4,565. Proof of renters insurance with a minimum of $300,000 liability coverage is required on the first day of the lease.
