The house will be repainted and professionally deep cleaned by January 30th.

There is an attached apartment that has its own private entrance and can be used as a master suite, guest bedroom, office space, creative studio, etc., however, it can not go on airbnb or any other sublet without our written consent.

There is an electric car charging station and three cars can park up front. No parking on the other lot or along the driveway, you can park on the main street.

There is a basement for storage.
