Upstairs includes a spacious primary suite with room for a king-size bed, a private bathroom, and a walk-in closet, plus two additional bedrooms, laundry, and a flexible loft.
Features and maintenance: Motorized smart blinds / Ecobee thermostat / Ring equipment / water softener / air-to-air exchanger included. Landlord-paid HOA dues cover lawn care, snow removal, exterior maintenance, and trash collection. Optional Ring security subscriptions and monitoring are tenant-paid.

Rent and lease terms: $2,650/month, plus applicable pet rent / No other mandatory monthly landlord fees / $2,650 security deposit (Cashiers Check or Money Order) / Preferred lease lengths: 6, 12, or 14 months. Water, sewer, gas, and electricity are tenant-paid. Optional internet and cable are tenant-paid. Renters insurance with at least $300,000 in personal liability coverage is required.
$1,000 move-in special: Receive a one-time $1,000 rent credit with an approved application, fully signed lease, and lawful possession delivered on or before November 13, 2026. Applying alone does not qualify. Any credit exceeding prorated first-month rent carries into the following month. The credit does not reduce the security deposit, pet fees, or ongoing monthly rent and will be documented in the lease. Move-in requires all required payments and rental approvals.
Application requirements: Each prospective resident age 18 or older must apply separately, authorize screening, and sign the lease upon approval, including spouses and roommates. Minors are listed as occupants without separate applications or screening. No move-in, technology, or administrative fees are charged.
Income requirements: Combined verifiable gross household income must be at least $6,625/month before taxes, or 2.5 times rent. This applies to the household together, not each applicant individually. Employment, self-employment, retirement, benefits, and other lawful income sources may qualify. For households with rental assistance, the standard applies to the tenant-paid portion of rent.
Screening: Includes income verification, credit, rental history, and legally permitted background information. Criteria are applied consistently, subject to applicable law and reasonable accommodation requirements.
Pets: Welcome with prior written approval, subject to HOA rules and the lease's pet policy. A one-time, non refundable $500 pet fee applies per approved pet, including additional or replacement pets, plus $50/month per pet. Total monthly rent: $2,700 with one pet or $2,750 with two pets. Service and support animals are accommodated as required by law without pet fees, deposits, or pet rent.
