Lofts on Ionia is located between the Van Andel Arena and the UICA, right in the Heartside District, while providing close access to local offices, museums, and the Downtown Market. Lofts on Ionia has many different and unique floor plans, including multi level lofts, flats, split level units. Several units have exposed brick and/or lumbar.
