Just off the kitchen is a bathroom and the living room. The home also features 2 outdoor decks, a fenced-in yard, basement with free laundry, and convenient driveway parking (2 spaces). The unit comes unfurnished.

All utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. Lawn care is included, but tenants are responsible for snow/ice removal. No pets allowed.

No application fee. Non-refundable $125 lease processing fee per tenant, only charged if lease is signed. Non-refundable cleaning fee of $100 per bedroom (regardless of number of tenants). Security deposit is 1.5x the rent.
