It is the room for rent with access to the shared house. All utilities, high speed wifi, and many household supplies included. plus, extra basement storage and shared laundry. This room is fully furnished!

The room has a queen platform bed with a cool gel memory foam mattress, a food cabinet, a nightstand, dresser, desk and rollie chair. it also has a keypad doorknob lock for your privacy.

The house has a shared kitchen with a shared fridge, living room, dining room, foyer, full bathroom, and half bathroom. The living room and dining room also have cardio machines, free weights, and benches. We also have laundry machines in the basement so you wouldn't have to use a laundromat. We also have a loving puppy that will give everyone lots of kisses, and we have a loving cat too!

Our back yard is also huge and has a fire pit and grill. Plus, we have a 4-5 car driveway which you would have a spot in to park your car. There is also plenty of street parking.

We do require an application, and once that is filled out and submitted, we can set up a viewing. We do require a $500 deposit upon signing the lease and we require first and last month's rent upon move in.

It is a month-to-month lease.
