Verified residentReview source: verified residentIt takes days for repairs to be completed sometimes over a week.. Garbage is overflowing in waste bins. Tenants defy rules constantly and allow their dogs to urinate and defecate in the hallways. There is absolutely no security here. People let strangers into the building. Drug deals happen on the property and there have been issues with drug dealers in the past. They advertise having a concierge but it's just some guy who sits at a desk on his phone.. I was told their job is to answer the phone which is basically a receptionist. Frequently there are no lights in front of the building or in the parking lot.
