This corner lot, bottom-floor unit is in the heart of the "Ir*sh Channel". The whole building (3 units) was completely remodeled in 2016, and my husband just finished a significant remodel on this unit over the past six months. Y’all-it looks better now than it ever did during the seven years we lived there!
This original 1850’s corner store building has 12 foot ceilings and historic details (store windows, corner store cut-away front door, brackets etc) and the windows throughout the unit bring in a tremendous amount of natural light and come with up-down window blinds and frosted front door windows for privacy.

Central heat/AC, washer/dryer in the unit, and responsive lessor (we moved about ten minutes away and you can always reach us.) Your neighbors in the building and down the street are quiet, professional and awesome-lots of families in the area. (We loved living here and think you will too! )
AMENITIES: This location is in the middle of the best restaurants Magazine Street (four-block walk) has to offer: Basin, Dat Dog, Ruby Slipper Cafe, Atchafalaya, Slim Goodies, Bulldog, The Rum House, Poke Loa, and many more are all just minutes away as well as Walgreens and Breaux Brothers which are both in the same strip. Pizza NOLA/NOLA Brewery are two blocks away in the other direction toward Tchop.
