there is always noise upstairs when I call for a repair it takes time for several weeks I call for a black mark in the ceiling no one comes. from the first day I had a problem with my toilet bowl no one comes

Management are horrible at their job, they always take an extremely long time to do one simple thing, the apartments are filled with roaches because they cant hire proper personnel to clean it up.
