The house sits on a large lot (8,960 sq. ft.) with a large fenced backyard. Great Schools and Great Neighborhood.

The living room has a large stone fireplace. The kitchen, sunroom, dining area, bathrooms and entry way are tiled and the three bedrooms are carpeted. There are vaulted and high ceilings throughout. The bedrooms, living room and sunroom all have ceiling fans.

The house was built in 2004 and includes: central air and heat, and a separate utility room with washer and dryer. The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, electric range and oven, dishwasher and disposal.
