Overall rating
The real issue is these apartments are incredibly dated. Which wouldn't be a problem if they weren't selling them as luxury apartments. There is literally nothing luxurious about these apartments. In fact the only thing that can be misconstrued as luxurious are the stainless steel appliances. Nothing else in this apartment is remotely close to up to date. Even the AC units freeze if you set the temperature of your thermostat below 66°.
