This 3 bedroom, one bathroom house is located on the east side of Des Moines just a bit off University Ave and has quick access to the interstate. As you walk in you're greeted with a spacious living room with nice hardwood floors. Off the living room are two bedrooms, and upstairs you'll find the large master bedroom with vaulted ceilings and a large but short closet. Towards the back of the house is the large eat-in kitchen with ample counter and cabinet space, large windows that overlook the backyard, and stairless steel appliances that include fridge, stove, dishwasher, and microwave(not stainless steel). Off the kitchen is an extra sunroom that goes out to a nice back deck and a almost all the way fenced in back yard and two care detached garage. In the unfinished basement you'll find a washer and dryer and plenty of room for storage. Pets allowed up to 50lbs with a $250 pet fee and $25/month pet rent. There is a $50 application fee per adult, deposit is $1250, and if approved there is a one-time administrative fee of $150. No assistance programs.
