Large spacious pet friendly flats located in the heart of downtown Des Moines right next door to the scenic Pappajohn Sculpture Park giving you access to many of the cities fun events including the Des Moines Art Festival, The World Food and Music Festival, and many other cultural events. We are also located within walking distance of some of the cities best restaurants including Django and The Walnut to name a few. These historical apartment homes were built in 1904 and feature extremely spacious 1- and 2-bedroom units. Our units feature kitchens complete with dishwasher, gas stove, and refrigerator, multiple large windows thru out the unit, abundant closet space, den, spacious living room, large formal dining room, built in hutch with picture rail, screen French doors, and a deck. We offer all residents controlled access entrances, a community laundry room, and a courtyard.
