Seaside duplex 2 bed 1 bath, and about 850 sq ft. $2100 rent available now. It is very clean, professionally and ready to go, very attractive unit with super neighbors just moving into the other side of the duplex! Huge, clean two-car garage with automatic opener. Home is all electric: stove, water heater, heater, dryer. Washer and dryer provided if needed. Utilities paid by renter: trash, gas, electric, water. Owner pays sewerage.
