Verified residentReview source: verified residentI signed a lease for 12 months and 3 months later my rent increased and the lease changed to 24 months. Horrible response from the rental office. When the water pipes broke the manager stated “Go to the gas station and take a shower there!” Those are just a few. I have videos of a snake and a rat in my apartment due to the standing water by the front door. I also watched the maintenance man pull black dead rats out of the pool!
