My wife and I are looking for an individual or couple to replace us on a lease contract, which has an end date of July 7 and the option to renew for 1 year in May. We are moving out of the country for work. The desired move-in date is January, and December is also possible. The two other roommates (lab researchers at UCF) will also be on the new contract.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION:

The home is L-shaped, with the two roommates having rooms in the top of the L, the available master bedroom being on the right of the L, and a kitchen and living area being in the middle. This configuration gives a lot of privacy. The kitchen is hardly ever used by the two roommates and is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, microwave, airfryer, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. The front and back yard are quite large and are often used for badminton. The home is pet friendly, and the other two roommates have no pets. All the floors are tile.
