• FEES
o $45 application fee per occupant 18 years or older
o $50 administrative fee due upon approved move-in date
o Non-refundable pet fee and monthly pet rent (if applicable)
• Once your application is approved, a holding fee will remove the home from the market and place a temporary hold on the property. This is a minimum of one month’s rent and transfers to your security deposit after move in.
