UNFURNISHED ANNUAL RENTAL: Good looking 3/2/2 in the gated community of Sable Trace. Just up-dated with new carpet and freshly painted through-out. The interior living space has cathedral ceilings and has a great open feel. Nice kitchen with lots of counter space and large pantry. Also has newly installed hurricane windows/doors. This lovely villa is located in a terrific gated community, and comes with pool access and yard maintenance too. Screened in lanai offers wooded views with a western exposure. Comes with all appliances to including a washer and dryer. Another wonderful feature is the inside utility room that has an additional storage room beside it. There are lots of windows to give plenty of light as well as the sliding glass doors leading from the great room to the lanai. This ones a gem and will not last long.
