Due to circumstances beyond my control(my daughter) I would like to transfer this lease to another party. The Hub is opening for move in this summer.
The process involves me paying 300 dollars to transfer the lease and that is it there is nothing for you to do. There are no extra fees, no this no that nothing hidden no games. The Hub has everything, to me it is a resort.

How Qualification for lease works for the Hub. If you are under 18 then you need a guarantor(responsible or dad for instance). If you are over 18 then you need to make 2 times the rent amount per month so roughly $32,000 per year, have a 680 credit score and no criminal background. If you meet that criteria there is no security deposit. If you do not meet that requirement then there is a two month security deposit required roughly $3,000 and you can rent. The Hub may ask you to supply pay stubs and run a credit check. I did not provide pay stubs I imagine they checked my credit score and that was it. First Payment is due In July 2022
