2) Proof of income for 3x the monthly rental rate and a 650 minimum credit score, or a guarantor to co-sign the lease who meets these requirements.

4) Deposits due at lease signing (in total, not per person):
Refundable Security Deposit: $3,200
Non-refundable Redecoration Fee: $1,200
Air Filter Fee: $120 (12 filters for the year)
