- 90+ days rental preferred (message if you are interested in 45-60 days).
- Unit is available until October 7, 2021.
- Credit & background check required ($75 due at time of application).
- First and last month's rent, security deposit and cleaning fee due upon agreement signing.
- Payment for full rental term, plus refundable $1000 security deposit, and $250 departure cleaning fee is due upon signing of rental agreement.
- One or two small dogs may be permitted (under 50lbs total) subject to approval. Additional refundable (upon inspection) pet deposit of $500 will be collected upon rental agreement signing.)
- Unit is turnkey - fully furnished. Linens provided, if desired.
