Tenants will be provided new keys & new home inspection to tenants before moving in. Tenants pay $550 at the end of the lease for third party home inspection and re-key.
Painting colors: Tenants can change colors as their wish, however, it must be professionally re-painted back to the same colors at the end of contract.
Deposit $4500 - Will be refunded if Tenants keep the house in the same condition as when tenants move in. If Landlord must hire someone to do cleaning dirty home, removing abandoned items or trash, or fixing damage(s) after Tenants leave, expenses will be deducted from the deposit.
Tenants will forfeit deposit if breaking the lease before 12 months.
Tenants are required to buy renter's insurance during stay and provide landlord proof.
