Overall rating
The cleaning is not in optimal conditions. The maintenance carried out on the amenities is very limited. The pool should be maintained better or more frequently since many times I have come across hair buns and a lot of dirt. The floors of the buildings are always dirty and I know that most of it depends on the people but the administration should be stricter especially with the garbage bags on the floor. The elevators make a lot of noise when going up and down, perhaps due to lack of maintenance or inspection. They have a lot of potential but in the year I have been here I have not seen improvement in these aspects.
