You will be sharing a home with one 25 year old professional male that is neat, mature, and not interested in drinking or smoking. Looking for a male roomamte that is clean, responsible, and is also professional. All utilities are included in rent including, water, sewer, trash, electric and internet. The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, sink, gas range, microwave, and dishwasher. There is a large walk in pantry with plenty of room for your stuff. This home has great location to I-4, sunrail station, and walking distance to trails and Gemini Springs. Looking for a tenant who will pay rent on time, take care of the place, and is clean. There is a $60 application fee per adult.
