The yard is usually inhabited by birds, squirrels, chipmunks, rabbits, and deer. And sometimes, the beauty of a baby bobcat.

The driveway is hidden, and the house is undetectable from the road. It's private.

And being right off historic Newtown Turnpike (where stagecoaches traveled from Stamford up to Newtown in the 1800's.), there is little traffic to begin with. The apartment is 99% free of any road/car noise. It is Serene.
