Property DescriptionDinner on the deck, the dog in the yard, and a kitchen built for entertaining. Four bedrooms, two and a half baths and a huge loft in the master-planned community of Colliers Hill, with the clubhouse, pool and fitness center a five-minute walk away and downtown Erie a mile down the road.
2,812 finished square feet, high ceilings and big windows that keep it bright. Newly refinished hardwood floors, fresh paint and new carpet. The kitchen anchors the house: granite counters, gas range, double oven, walk-in pantry and a big island between the dining room and the family room with its gas fireplace. Thanksgiving for twenty or pizza for six.
Upstairs, four big bedrooms, a laundry room with washer and dryer, and the loft: movie nights, a game room, a homework station, the Lego table. The primary suite has a private bath and a big walk-in closet. Central air.
Out back, a big deck and a landscaped, fenced yard with room for pets or a game of catch. Two-car garage. The unfinished basement stores everything you don't want to look at.
Colliers Hill has its own trails, sports fields and a park with play sets and picnic tables. Erie Community Park, with its sledding hill and splash pad, and the Briggs Street restaurants are a mile away.
Qualification basics: income of at least 2x monthly rent and a credit score of 620 or higher. Section 8 and other housing assistance are welcome; for applicants using assistance, credit is not considered and the income standard applies only to the tenant-paid portion of rent. Full guidelines come with the application.
Portable Tenant Screening Reports (PTSR): Applicants have the right to provide CORE Residential Property Management with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR), as defined in C.R.S. § 38-12-902(2.5).
