Needed Caretaker for 2 horses, with rental of apartment. Includes indoor garage space for 2 cars. The apartment is not available for rent without accepting the required position to care for the horses
For the right person(s) rent is reduced $550 a month for the caretaker duties, to $900 monthly.
Caretaker duties include caring for 2 horses while renting the apartment. Must know how to care for horses, including feeding, grooming, cleaning stalls and maintaining paddock and pasture areas for overall safety and operation. Extensive knowledge and experience with horses required.
Caretaker should have some knowledge of basic tools and maintenance skills.
We are looking for an individual or couple. Maximum occupancy 2. Not suitable for children.
We buy, stack and store all the feed in the barn. Necessary tools and equipment are also stored in the barn.
