Verified residentReview source: verified residentQuiet, lovely space thats very walkable and close to most things you need. However, there are some strict rules about living here. Hefty fines. You will not be told about them until after you sign the lease. I asked 4 times and was slapped with them when I paid the final costs. Things weren't done before move -in that still aren't done a month later, citing personnel issues.
