A Note About Our Family:

We have two young children who occasionally play outside, typically between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Remote workers are welcome, but we want to be upfront that there may be normal children's noise during those hours. If your work requires complete silence throughout the afternoon, this may not be the best fit.

Guests are welcome- however, the unit is being rented to one person only. Regular overnight guests cannot become an additional occupant or second roommate.

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for a respectful, clean, responsible, and non-smoking tenant who will treat the unit and shared outdoor space with care. Because the ADU is located on the same property as our family home, finding the right fit is important to us.
