This 3 bed, 2 bath home located in the desirable Chocolate Drop neighborhood. This unit is fully furnished and includes water and trash. Tenant pays electric and gas. This home comes equipped with all major appliances. Refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, and washer and dryer. There is large, separate laundry room in between the kitchen and the garage. There is extra cabinet space and room for storage in the laundry room. This home has a two car garage even though the picture only shows one car. The garage will be organized so that two cars can fit. One bedroom has a queen size bed, one has a full sized bed, and the third bedroom has two twin mattresses. This home has a fenced in backyard. The back patio is huge and great for entertaining/ barbecuing. It has a shade cover, concrete ground and some outdoor furniture. In addition to the back patio there is a fenced in side yard with a fire pit and 4 outdoor chairs. The backyard/ patio has a great view of the valley.
