Leasing Details

Lease Length: Lease terms vary based on expirations. Variable move in date range (premiums can apply). Short term lease terms are available with a monthly premium.

Income Requirement: Must have 2.5x the rent in total household income (before taxes, include income from all adults).

Fees

Utilities: Renter responsible for all utilities

Application Fee: $44 per applicant

Deposit: $500 (On approved credit)

Move-in Fees: $200 holding deposit

Additional Fees: Renter's insurance and $100,000 liability coverage policy required

Pet Policy

Pets allowed: Cats, Dogs

Pet restrictions: Dogs and domestic cats are allowed. Pending approval by management, most breeds of dogs are acceptable. Dogs must not act aggressive at any time or bark excessively. Dogs must be "apartment friendly"

Pet limit: 2 pets maximum

Pet deposit: $300 per pet

Pet rent: $45/month (pets up to 40 lbs), $25/month per additional pet
